I know a lot of people think they do not have the space needed to work out in their home space, but they do. No matter how small you think your surroundings are, you always have enough room to move things to the side. All you really need is a space that’s as big as a yoga matt (24*68) or two if you’re working with dumbbells. There are numerous workout you can do in small spaces. From jump ropes to wall squats. One of these days, I’ll post a video about how I make enough space to be able to workout. Are ready to make some space?
