Alright folks! It's about that time of year where a lot of people make it their new years resolution to lose weight. If that is you, then you are who dedicated members of the gym refer to as, "resolution seekers." At the beginning or end of every year, people make it their goal to lose weight. Yes, that's wonderful, but statistics have shown that most people who join the gym in January tend to quit within 5 months of their first day. Many people that I know barely make it to March. Yes, I applaud you for wanting to live a better lifestyle, but, let's see if you will be just another statistic.
